different criteria to a single piece of custom furniture.

Concept & Project Development

Design exploration to define concept and design direction

• Explore inspirations, colour and texture, lifestyle needs, personal taste
• Review concept images, layouts, furniture plans and perspective sketches

Design Details and Technical Drawings

Develop furniture design and produce detail drawings for construction

• Design and detail demolition/construction plans, tile plans, architectural details and finishes, reflected ceiling and electrical plans; ceiling, door, trim and floor finishes
  
• Review and discuss alternative choices including all the finishes and cabinetry details
• Review a package of appliance and plumbing fixtures schedules
• Production or mill work drawings for areas such as built in storage and fireplace mantels

Tender Package and Project Management

Finalize overall design for final approval and manage project during construction

• Final revisions to drawings, finishes and schedules
• Prepare packages for tender
• Liaise with the contractor or builder during the construction of your home to answer questions, address site discrepancies and assist in solving site problems
